MSEd Business Education

Hofstra University’s school of Education offers the Business Education, MSEd to candidates seeking their first NYS certification teaching Business at the K-12 level. as well as Work-Based Learning Coordinator Certification for Career Development, which is an extension to a New York state Teacher’s certification. This program is designed to blend on-campus preparation with field experiences in a variety of school settings, culminating in full-time student teaching. Literacy, multicultural education, and information technology are integrated throughout all aspects of the program. The program conforms to the New York State Learning Standards of Career Development and Occupational Studies.
