We work closely with our partners in industry to develop course content. And first-year students are mentored by professionals.It’s a demanding course that rewards commitment. In the third year for example, you will take the structural engineering lead on a project to design an eco-town or urban regeneration site. It takes initiative, organisational skill, and hard work – all vital attributes for a professional.The course is accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers, the Institution of Structural Engineers, the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation, and the Institute of Highway Engineers. Graduates work all over the world for companies including AECOM, Arup, Mott MacDonald, URS, Kier and VolkerFitzpatrick Ltd.
