BA (Hons) Fashion Creative Direction
Our Fashion Creative Direction course will develop your understanding and awareness of creative direction and its use in the fast-paced and evolving fashion industry. We’ll support you in developing expertise in fashion image making, styling and, creative concept development, photography, film and graphics. The role of a creative director is to define and develop the aesthetic of fashion, ranging from store visual merchandising, trend forecasting, curation and image-making, to creative and digital content and customer communications. Fashion Creative Direction BA(Hons) gives you the skills and knowledge to develop your creativity and expertise within a commercial framework that directly reflects current fashion industry practice. Additional Costs – Materials: You will need to cover the cost of printing and presenting your work during the course, as well as supply your own materials. These include sketchpads, notebooks and props for photography. There is no limit on the amount you may wish to spend, however as a guide the approximate cost of these items in recent years has been £140 in the first year, £105 in the second year and £260 in the final year.
