About the courseOn this course, you’ll immerse yourself in both classic and contemporary masterpieces of English literature, and learn all about the evolution of English itself from its Anglo-Saxon roots to its current status as a global language. Are you inspired by the power of stories? Our literature offerings cover everything from Shakespeare to the latest science fiction. Would you like to explore aspects of language and communication? You can choose from fascinating modules such as Stylistics, Language of Humour, or Face and Politeness. Or would you like to create your own novel, screenplay, or video game script?
